You’ll need
2 dl brown rice
1 large fresh red paprika (chopped)
1 dl asparigus (chopped)
200 g canned chicken peas
1 large onion (chopped)
Sausage (cut into bits)
350 g smoked ham (cut into bits)
150 g canned yellow corn
2 dl green peas
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
All purpose seasoning
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 cups water
How to prepare
*Place all ingredients in a deep saucepan, pour in the water and stir.
*Place on medium heat and cover to cook for 40 minutes.
*Serve warm.
NOTE: You can use smoked fish or any meat of choice as well.
